      5 dollar convenience fee for every payment processed. As if they don’t take enough of our money I now have to pay that every month for the next 7 years.

      Unfortunately it's been a bad experience for us over the years as an MCU customer. The fees for doing anything are way too high, excessive and the overall banking experience is very behind with the times (very few/if any network ATMs, still using slips for every deposit and only in person service). Any larger withdrawals need to be done in person and you can't transfer money to other people's bank accounts. Consider all these before deciding against a bigger bank.
