  Greg and Mike were fantastic! They were always responsive and prompt. They kept me up to speed and made the process less stressful and more streamlined than I’ve seen in other experiences. Greg was great coming up with solutions to overcome obstacles to close when we needed to. This is my second experience with Greg and both times were a pleasure. I would highly recommend working with them to get your next mortgage secured!

  Ask for Bruce Conner, Bruce did a phenomenal job of navigating my refinance for an apartment in Jersey City. His experience in the local market and as a broker got the job done quickly and efficiently and he went the extra mile to ensure that a slight problem that had occured got resolved.

  I was introduced to Millenium Home Mortgage by my mortgage broker. They told me they fund their own loan and getting a refinance done would be easy and quick. Let me preface that the credit scores we have are 730 and higher and the income was showing in the top 5% of the country. This company danced me around for over 6 months and was probably the worst customer service I have ever received. They would get upset for asking when closing dates were like we were the problem. The first loan they pulled out of altogether and didn't honor their commitment due to COVID, then they made us wait an additional SIX months to close with a different program. If they were writing their own loans there was no reason to cancel the first time. At closing, they hit us with additional fees and another 2k payment that was not discussed at all. When we called them to see what they did. They told me to pay it or I was stuck with the other payment. " We don't care" Joe Galayda, partner, even said it on speaker phone in front of the bank attorney who also found it appalling. I would not use this company at all! They use deceptive practices with fees, they lose paperwork constantly, always asking for additional paperwork. What company has been in business for 30 years and doesn't know what you need out of the gate? HARD NO for me.
