      Pleasant surprise on the ease of setting my business account up. Very professional and helpful. My account was closed due to a fault of mine. Was in to make business deposit. Staff corrected my account issues in a timely manner and explained everything in detail. Accessible bathroom also saved my day. Will continue to use this location for my business needs. Ok back to work... 🎵 1/16 notes on HIGH hat 2&4 on snare...4 on the bass foot floor. 😀 i like that!

      This place has gone downhill somewhat since the days that it was Columbia County Bank. As soon as it was taken over by millennium they shut down the downtown branch and I lost my safe deposit box, which was a terrible inconvenience. My other complaint is heather and ashley that work at the south branch. They both seem kind of snobby and are very unfriendly and I feel like I as a customer am personally disliked by them for some reason. I never used to feel that way about anybody that worked there till now. If they got rid of heather and ashley I think it would be a little better. Maybe they feed off each other's negativity. I don't know.

      Avoid at all costs. Totally nonfunctional customer service lines. Complete joke of a business, will not EVER trust them with my money again.
