      Will not return after having been 5 year clients. We are easy return . Info was presented three weeks prior to April 15. They knew it would be a refund from previous similar returns. Told us to expect to be a late filing..our first EVER !!! It was...intentionally. We will have to pay penalty but pay MBO a hefty 100.00$ above last year's filing fee...now 250.00$ for intentional late filing. We are 80 yrs old and we consider this a form of elder abuse. We will not return It is all about money with them... .no ethics.

      I am sorry you feel that way. We did send letters to you as well as over 500 other clients last fall indicating that we had to raise fees due to increasing costs. I had to file extensions for over 400 clients due to unforeseen circumstances when usually I have less than 50. It was not intentional nor was it aimed at the elderly. We do work on tax returns on a first in, first out basis.

      Took 3 months to complete my father's personal income taxes (although kept telling us they would be done "by the end of the week") and then charged almost $300.00! We had to file an extension on the estate due to their lackadaisical service. Strongly do not recommend!!
