  It was great experience working with Miller Lending Group, Daniel Miller was great in finding better interest and loan costs. What I liked about working with Daniel is, he was very informative and communicating recent trends to ensure I receive better rates. They go an extra mile to keep the loan process started and finished on time. They are local to the area and easy to get in touch with, I would totally recommend them. There are so many fake reviews which does not represent what they actual do, give them a try if you are looking to either purchase a new home or to refinance to existing loan.

  If we could we would rate the business 0 stars! We were 15 year homeowners. The loan process should have been a slam dunk considering our excellent credit and the fact we were putting a $ substantial amount down on our newly built home. The whole process was so ridiculous & aggravating would NOT recommend them for a home loan to my worst enemy. My wife bore the brunt of it. She was dealing with Cheryl Miller. We in effect were made to go thru the process time and again. We were longtime residents of this area & were offered quick home financing by 3 major area banks. The loan mgr at our bank even offered to bring the paperwork to our home! What a mistake we made going with Miller Lending. When it became too stressful for my wife I intervened and asked Cheryl Miller can I please speak with or leave a message with Gordon Miller. She flatly refused. Again I asked may I have his tel number. Again she refused. We are two educated people who were treated like a couple of reprobates. There were endless requests for documents & information which had already been submitted at least Twice in a timely fashion. Would with heart felt feelings recommend you Avoid Miller Lending! We are Not people who complain lightly. Please see my Review on Yelp for further information! Thank you! I can Assure you our Reviews are Genuine. Cheryl Miller WAS with Miller at the time of our interaction. If you read Owner Responses he Never Apologizes to former Clients just maintains they are All Fake Reviews! It's really Very Sad for a Business owner in the Triangle! 😢. Consumers Deserve much better!

  I am sorry for your experience David but I can assure you it is not indicative of our overall reputation . We do not have anyone named Cheryl miller and it is impossible as an owner to micromanage the loan process so I wouldn’t have been able to help. we have not had any record of dealing with you for some time so I assumed the review was fake and I apologize. I tried to reach out and left messages but no one responded. As you can see from our review history these other reviews I responded to are indeed fake as they are always the first review and general in nature. In the couple of instances they were real I answered but you need to understand that lending guidelines have changed a lot after the mortgage meltdown and without specifics there was likely a cause. Large down payments or excellent credit only helped in the days of no doc loans but now underwriters are much more cautious. The former head of the federal reserve couldn’t get a mortgage because he was newly self employed and the guidelines are national and generic . The most common complaint we get is “ why do you need this?” Fortunately we have thousands of satisfied clients but If you would like to discuss this privately vs over social media I can be reached at 919-447-3377.
