      They did a great job getting us into our house.

      As a Realtor, I have many closings but this one really takes the cake! Milligan Reynold was over TWICE as expensive as the closing I had two weeks prior with another firm. Both properties were in the same development and similarly priced lots. On a $75,000 sale it was an additional $421.00 out of pocket. In all fairness, they were honest about the reason for the price discrepancy, since they can't compete with other firms on volume they made it up with higher prices! Please compare before using this company.

      Our first transaction went fine with no issues. Orn 2nd, a refi, we had some unforeseen fees on closing day. Something to do with Tenn realestate transactions with our SC bank. We did get refunds later on. I felt like a 60% increase in fees was suprising after being quoted less a week earlier.
