  I walked into this process completely green and had very little knowledge of what would be required of me to obtain a mortgage at a good rate. Joseph and his entire team were very professional, thorough and patient when delivering information. I unfortunately decided to purchase a home in one of the most hectic housing markets we have ever experienced. There were many many disappointments and was downright depressing at some points. Joseph would randomly send me emails of encouragement through-out my journey and those short notes helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel - a home. Fast forward, one of my offers was finally accepted! YAY! The only caveat we needed to go to settlement almost immediately! Oh and my realtor just happened to be going on vacation to Costa Rica just as my offer was accepted. Joseph and his team were on it and got me to the table on time! I couldn't ask for anything more. I recommended Joseph to one of my co-workers already and will continue to steer co-workers, friends and family his way!
