      I work from home and my internet kept dropping which is a major issue obviously. After talking to tech support, we quickly figured out it was my 6+ year old router. I kid you not, I called Minburn Communications at 2pm and they had someone over at my house by 3pm & I was up and running again at 3:20pm. Best. Service. Ever.

      I moved to the area in July and found my place wasn't wired for cable (all previous residents used satellite). Couldn't find an electrician to come over and install. I went weeks without internet. I called Minburn Communications and they were out in a day or two and a team installed their fiber optic lines. The team did great (although one wanted to discuss his political views with me) and I had fast and reliable service. It's been about 7 months and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Other than 1 or 2 late night maintenance interruptions, my service has been flawless. I just use internet at one of the lower data rates (I don't need to be able to download a 5 gigabyte movie in 10 seconds). I assume the cable service is equally reliable - I just don't watch TV. I've had Mediacom and Comcast and DirecTV in my life and they are no where even close to the Minburn Communications service.
