      Sheila Wickstrom-Schuler and her team were so amazing to work with! They went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to sell. We could not believe how quickly and easily we were able to not only sell our house but find and buy our new home.       I personally worked with Katie Evans and she is just incredible. She worked with my boyfriend and I for about 3 years and helped us buy our first home. She was there every step of the way and has been so kind. Katie has helped us even after when we run into problems, she always does her best to help and make sure we’re not stressing out. I highly recommend her, based on her skills and heart. She worked through every possibility to help get us our house, and we wouldn’t have a house at all if it wasn’t for her. My boyfriend and I had a tight budget and she and our loan officer helped us out so much. Absolutely love her and the whole Minegar team for just caring so much about their clients. 💜

      Working with Chelsie Cain could not have been easier! This was a first-time purchase for both my husband and myself, so we really didn't know what we were doing, but Chelsie walked us through the entire process and was available to answer every question we had, no matter how dumb it was lol. Not only that, but she was very accommodating of our busy schedules and made herself available after-hours or during my lunch breaks if we saw a house we wanted to check out. Thanks to her hard work, and reassurance that we WOULD find the perfect house, I am happy to report that we will be moving into our first home (and a home that we already LOVE) in just under two weeks! 😊
