      Most of the bankers are really nice and ready to help you with anything they can. However dont like that everyone is on a different page when it comes to their company's rules and policies. It's confusing service when something is allowed by one person but then later on a different person will reject the same services even though it was allowed previously and without being made aware that it was a policy but allowing it only that once.
