      5 people standing behind counter, but only one helping customers, while several waited in line. Tried to make a cash deposit ($1200) but they wouldn't take it because I had $30 in quarters, and their COIN COUNTING MACHINE was broken.

      Always taking out fees even though my account is setup not to. They then refused to reimburse all of it but only a small chunk of my money. As a single mother this is totally unacceptable!
