      Everyone at Mint Homes was great to work with. We were buying a home in Maryland while living out of state which was already a stressful process. We had originally began the home buying process with a different lender, that was not communicating with us very well, and didn’t seem to have our best interest at heart. We got a referral to Mint from our realtor and we are glad we did! The entire team communicated with us about what was happening throughout each stage of the process, made sure that it went as smoothly as possible, and really seemed to care about getting us into our new home. I would highly recommend reaching out to Mint if looking at buying a home.

      As a first-time homebuyer, I had explored a couple different options for home loans, and I was referred to Mint, working with Craig. Craig and his team were not only thorough and easy to work with, but they went above and beyond to help make the purchase happen. They were transparent throughout the process, and brought everything to a neat and easy close with a reasonable fee for the high level of service provided. Overall, I recommend Mint Home Loans and I would definitely work with Craig and his team again!
