I had a loan thru this Bank a rep by the name of Nancy Thurston reversed my deferment payment causing me to be late on a payment. My deferment was requested by Evan from ONDECK I never requested it. They held up the title so I couldn't get plates for my vehicle. It took 2 months for it to come thru I made 2 payments. April and May Making my June payment for deferment. Nancy took it upon herself and had it reverse because I said that I didn't know that it was a fee to have a payment deferred. She took this as I wasn't going to pay the $250.00. She told me if I didn't want to pay then they would come and get the truck. Found this to be strange when I didn't say I wasn't going to pay. FYI Nancy really needs to be Demoted because she isn't a nice person
