  They are horrible. My husband is harassed daily by phone, text and email. He had been paying off the loan in full. He paid regularly at first until he found out it would not build a satisfactory payment history. He paid on time and early to avoid interest. This was a problem because they want to collect the maximum interest possible. The very first time he went delinquent they called his references. The woman called my husband while he was at work. Did not even give him a chance to respond and she immediately called his sister looking for him as if he was a criminal trying to evade them. He is tired of the treatment. He plans on paying back the loan but for some reason he cant make the payment on his own. Some how the rep who is hounding him can attempt to charge his debit card without authorization multiple daily without any issues. We are going to look further into their practices, because we cant believe this type of treatment is legal or fair.
