  So I had my Mission Federal moment and it was awesome. I started my loan Process with Nicole and she deserves 10 stars. She made sure I doted my I's and crossed my T's. Then came Maribel (friendly alert! (friendly alert!). She helped me seal my Mission Fed moment and yes 10 stars. Even got a call back to make sure we were good. Everyone was professional and understood my need. My family and I are forever grateful! Ernest Dew

  Been banking here for over a decade, but probably time for a change. $20 annual fee and .03% interest means I’m already in the hole for being here. I recently had to check when a tax refund was deposited, and they charged me $3 for each of my past monthly statements with no way to even review them online to see which month I needed (I didn’t even need the printout, just the date). Why do they have access and I don’t? Also get charged a $4 transfer fee if $ needs to be moved from my savings to my checking to cover a transaction. If you’re going to charge me, then let me set the amount I want transferred if that happens. A recent day at the zoo cost me $40 in transfer fees for less than $75 in purchases. Add in no financial advice or incentives and sub mediocre credit card rates. 2 stars only because the rates are bad all over.

  This place is really something they make promises they can't keep they tell you they can help you rebuild your credit and then don't keep their word they tell you that they're going to release the funds from a check you deposited and they don't release it as per the branch manager of the Santee location one of the worst Banks I've ever been with only been a member for 3 weeks and it's time to move on went to navy fed they where able to help me with everything mission fed said they would this place does shady business!
