  I really love Mission Fed in Rancho San Diego OGY MUSTUR, this manager really rock and rules he is so sweet every time I go into the bank he always welcomes me with a smile and he always remembers my last name which makes me feel real comfortable I feel like they really know me there as my friends in my experience every time I go there it’s just wonderful I will always bake at Mission Fed I will never change my bank I love them so much thank you Mission Fed and everybody there in Rancho San Diego I love you

  Let me start off by saying I've only been banking with this branch for a few months and up until the visit to this store I was very pleaseed. I came into this location to deposit a check to start the one teller that was helping me was very nice up until he went to get a manager approval from Ogy Muster due to the fact that it was a high dollar amount, as I was waiting I noticed the teller and Ogy come out of a room and I'm not sure what the issue was but Ogy approached me very aggressively in a room full of people including tellers and basically was yelling at me saying I brought a check that was altered as I was trying to explain to him what it was he loudly said I know the person that wrote this check very well and you need to have him call me and that I was to leave the site, I was taken back as I was about to say something he rudley walked away I asked his name or for a card he walked into his office and slammed the door in my face I went to the teller that was helping me and said he isn't supposed to do that and the male with a horrible attitude said he can, and the other tellers began to chime in saying things things like he said what he said now you can leave, and another saying he nor we have to give you anything and much more I called and made a report thru there 1800 number as well, this is by far the worst customer service I've ever had and not to mention, Ogy worked at another branch and the person who wrote the check I was going to deposit was a great customer with many accounts something happened accounts were pulled and Ogy was let go so he has a grudge and because he seen the name on the check that was the reason for causing a scene and embarrassing me. I was able to go another location and they helped me right away so the accusations Ogy Muster claimed were false, there's no reason for anyone especially a manager to treat or embarrass anyone the way that Ogy did.
