  10/10 would not recommend. I’d give zero stars if I could. Very high interest, no monthly statements, $30 fee to make a payment, horrible customer service, hard to get ahold of, can never get a straight answer out of anyone. You mail in a check to avoid the $30 fee, they claim it as posted to the account, then the check doesn’t get sent to the bank for another 3 weeks. So you have $1800 in limbo, just waiting to come out of your account...who knows when. I will NEVER use this company again, and would advise anyone reading this to steer clear of this company, if you can. I will be refinancing with someone else ASAP.

  Horrible Customer Service. No Respect for Repeat Customers will Forget you exist. Bothersome For Payments. Takes a Week to 2 Week to get Tiltle’s. Must fly to a Location to do Small Paperwork to Start Loan. Take 10min a Waste of Air Fair,& infact they Forgot some of the paperwork on the first Truck and Ended Up Email Me the Rest. Waste of $600-700 The Loans are Notes not Leases. Write offs are only in 5year Slots as 5th’s. Example 50K would be 10k a Year Plus %. Payment would be $1,722.222 $20,666.666 Yearly. That a 10k a Year Complete Loss Until Year 6 because you carry the Losses Over. Depending on Downpayment Amount ($10k) or 20% Reports only to Equifax which is No Help. $400 fee to do this.$200 for that. Etc. Always Acting Busy, Never Returns Calls even to Pay Them. Fees $15-20 to Pay Them. Always refuses to answer Questions redirects to Others that Redirects you to the person that sent you. Always changing Policy and Person to Pay All the Time. 24% Apr Must Fillout another Credit App even is you just finished or ain’t finished a Loan. Very Slow to Respond Something a Month. Won’t Fix a Truck Send Loan to Dealer. Will only Payed After Repair are Done. Anything over $2500 Require 10-20% down to the Dealer. Warranty To High, Warranty company Is Bad Business. Gap Insurance. Fake Tow Insurance in which you pay First And Maybe get Reimbursed. Very High On Loans Example $30k cost $45,000. $4500 cost 10K. Doesn’t Like to Explain Interest, it changes Monthly ETC
