      Customer service is horrible! Good luck getting a return call or email from their staff.

      You receive one on one personal service here. They have one teller, you sit at her desk, and she takes care of you. This adds that personal touch of old school way back in the day customer service. They are hardly ever in a rush, they take their time and it's always really quiet inside.

      I gave a rating of 1 because they never answer the phone, when you go to the office, you are sitting for long periods and it seems everyone is moving at a slow pace. I am no longer a member because of this. The Credit Union is so outdated.. It is not even setup like a real bank nor modern credit union.. FYI you will get better service trying a bigger establishment such as Members Exchange or elsewhere.
