  From personal experience. The people that works here are not trained properly to handle all the wrong information the system texts or emails you. They ask everyone to fill out the Google customer service to give all five stars because they gotten you approved as if they did you a favor. I always paid on time but the system always says something different. I've visited the store here on schedule payments and there's no one never here. I started paying online and still receive late notice and I never was. I visited a location in Richland and she was so very helpful. She understood and explained things perfectly. At this point I'm getting harassing emails and text msg I feel like I need a lawyer. I won't recommend this to no one high interest and the system crazy. Every time a payment is due there's a problem on their end. Biggest mistake I could have ever made.
