      Shady company that takes advantage of people. You dont have an option if you use them most of the time. They take advantage of this. They make you call monthly for the covid forbearance. It is just an inconvenience they do to discourage people from getting the help they need from the government. Each call wastes 20 min of your life just to confirm something everyone is supposed to get automatically.
