  I am not sure if the people who gave this company such high reviews work for them or they just happen to be lucky. It only shows three reviews so it’s hard to tell. It’s easy to get a high score if you have a few responses but I would love to know if anyone else has had a horrendous experience we’ve had with them they provide confusing instructions as to what you need to send them, then they tell you yes they have everything and it’ll probably be 2 to 3 business days, then they tell you no we need something else even though what they’re now asking for is clearly stated in the instructions is to be presented to them after the closing. Last week they asked for one more thing that they originally said Would not be needed until after the closing. Now once again they are delaying after I have overnighted them everything they’ve asked for. Every minute they delay the interest is going up and it will be my husband and I who pay for their lackadaisical manner of doing business. My husband is disabled and within the last six months he has had three heart surgeries and a brain surgery so we made a difficult decision to get a reverse senior mortgage to take care of expenses. The mortgage company is wonderful, But this so-called title service is a disaster such a disappointment it’s as if they don’t care. Are they so small they don’t know what they’re doing or are they so big the customers don’t matter to them I’m not sure which it is but I would advise anyone who has a need for such a service to try to find an alternative if at all possible save yourself the grief we’re going through now. Things they told us to send and it will be 2 to 3 days now will be another week why why?
