  Thank you Loan officer Lashundra Barton for making my car buying and refinancing experience the easiest process in the world! Lashundra is very knowledgeable, smart, funny and not to mention PATIENT! It took me about a month or so to find the right vehicle for me and my growing family.   [UPDATE] Would like to give out a shout-out to the gentleman, Jason, for helping out and investigating into the issue. Customer service and support like this is what needs to be noted down as a standard. Of course it's still a downer that it happens, at least giving a clear explanation and a possible solution go a long way. Thanks again. [Original Comment] There either seems to be an issue in activating overseas purchases when ask to activate or it's personel issues. Two days in a row I called to have this function activated. Only half the time does it go through, and I am most definitely sure it's not the vendor's fault. The procedures to have it open are also inconsistent, sometimes they'll ask for more information, sometimes they ask for less. While I've been a cardholder here for quite some time, these recents issues are making me reconsider taking my business elsewhere. Weekend hours do not help either when my request wasn't honored and I have to wait Saturday and Sunday to re-try asking.
