      Worst customer service! My husband and I sold our house in Washington and purchased a house in Kingman. We attempted to open an account here but the teller said they were not accepting new members. My husband tried to explain that we are members of a credit union in Washington and that we wanted to move the proceeds from the sale of our home to Kingman. The teller just kept repeating that they are not accepting new members. My husband Said well I guess we’ll be looking for a new credit union to transfer our money to. A lady behind the counter just to the left of the teller, said “good”. Then went out to the ATM, only to find they don’t have shared banking either. If they ever start accepting new members again, stay away, stay far away. Your better off with a bank.

Mohave Community Federal Credit Union prides itself not only on the current relationship we have with our members, but new relationships as well. Please accept my deepest apologies to both you and your husband. In order to best correct the situation, and to prevent it from happening again, I would like to find out more details regarding this.
