  I've worked with Brendan Dalley for our Home Loan and it's been the best experience I could imagine for any other First Time Home Buyers out there! To the point updates, available and always ready to take my calls and questions, and an all around great guy! We had Amy Hull as our Processor and she was great as well. Thank you guys!

  Don’t get a loan with momentum loans! Tyler Payn is a liar, thieving, greedy, coward. He will never pick up his phone or always on vacation, which I don’t understand. Also if you tell him you are unsatisfied of his (Customer Service) he will say your threatening him. He also made promises that he would give me the best rate but, lied and broke his promise. I felt like I was trapped in a contract and rushed, couldn’t get out without paying so I sucked it up. Overall the whole process was overwhelming, unprofessional and the coward never showed up to my closing, cause he knows he ripped me off. Lucky for me I learned a lot through this frustrating process with Momentum Loans and I’ll never do business with them again and also tell everyone to never do business with them!

At the time of closing you seemed nothing but grateful to me for helping you and your family get into your new home. Comments you made to me about my customer service throughout the duration of your loan process gave me the impression that you were happy. I spoke with you multiple times on my family vacation and on the weekends to answer questions and reassure your concerns. I apologize that in the end you were disappointed with me.   I had a pleasure of working with Mikah and her team. They were efficient, fast and helpful with my application process. Mikah was always available to help with any questions I had. They made this whole process easy and convenient. I would highly recommend their services.
