I paid to take an online course. It keeps stopping in the same spot. I called and was told that they have a program over the phone for $149 prior to them checking to see what the problem is. I have been on the phone over 30 minutes and they cannot seem to fix the problem. But they are still offering the over the phone counseling. This is unacceptable, then to tell me there is no manager/supervisor available to speak with. If they did not want the $35 program, stop offering it, and only offer the $149. Bait and switch at it finest. So this is an update to my previous review. The reason why I feel I should leave it is for full transparency. So Tara with the Company reached out to me. She was very professional and concerned about why I was having issues. She worked with me to fix the problem and got me through it. Previously the other representative probably just needed a little more training. All in all, I would be changing my rating to 5 stars from the exceptional customer service from Tara!
