  Money More Pawn is hands down the only place I feel comfortable enough to pawn my items at if that's something I need to do at the time. Not only are they completely fair when it come to giving a loan but the employees who work there are awesome. My favorite person there , Hector, is extremely kind and when he speaks to us he somehow has a way of making us feel so comfortable and treats us as if he a old friend who we've known forever. He personally calls to remind us about our loan of our last day of grace is nearing. He's knowledgeable about the merchandise that's on the floor for sale and if I ask him about something and he recommends it, he's spot on. From the electronics & watches I've bought there to the customer service I receive to the fairness on loans I've been given this place is the best. It is hands down the only pawn shop I will go to. I have never had any kind of negative experience there and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for loan or to anyone looking for used items and a decent price. They wouldn't sell anything that's unreliable or even looks like it's had a rough life.

  I've purchased over 5 firearms from them, had a layaway 2 weeks old with 100 dollars down. Found a better deal on the same gun, went to cancel the layaway and charged me 40 dollars for a restocking fee. Very disappointed. Lost my business.

Had you mentioned a price difference, we would have worked out a deal to make sure you knew you were getting the best price around. However, this was never mentioned so it’s hard for us to fix something we are unaware of. Our price on the new GX4 is matched to any local gun store as well as $40 less on a lightly used one. From what John understood, you had a change of heart and no longer wanted the item. Because we pull the item off the shelf for a customer and offer interest free layaway, there is a restock fee applied should you decide to cancel it. We lost the opportunity to sell it to someone else while it was on hold for you the 3 weeks.   They Offers you dirt for your stuff and ask for top dollar on everything this isn’t a real pawn shop it’s more like a retail store. Girls are the only ones with any real customer service skills. Doubt I’ll ever be back
