I was unsure when I first considered getting a loan there but I had a family emergency so I decided to apply online not expecting good results. I was shocked! I received a phone call within minutes. Within the hour I had cash in hand and all my worries were gone. Staff was super friendly and when I wasn't able to make payment on time they were very understanding. One of the worst loan companies I've ever dealt with. The associates do not notate your acct which is very important & the mgr is a liar. Definitely not professional & could use additional training on how to run a office. I'm very disappointed in their "service".
