      Misty and Jenny are so sweet and helpful. Walk me through the signature loan process during these hard times and made me feel comfortable. Very professional and. Attentive to my needs. Walk in and be greeted by a nice staff. ☺️

      Sonia has bad attitude. She has given misleading info. in the past regarding my ability to make same day payments. Never found out until I went to a different location that I was eligible to do so. And she consistently has a kind of bitter eye rolly attitude every time I come in. Other than that they’ve never made any drastic mistakes in terms of my payments so I’m giving three stars. Still, bad attitudes are commonplace (WHICH SAYS A LOT ABOUT MANAGEMENT).

      I just got the worst service ever at this location. I'm trying to cash a small check that's a couple of weeks old. $46. I make more than that half way through my shift at work. Misty's insulting attitude was truly appalling. Supposedly even though my name and, my spouse's name matches they can't cash it until they speak to my old property management. And when someone a customer asks for your work email there shouldn't be a questioning of it. I didn't know you think other people have the time to keep following up with you by phone.
