If i could i would put no stars. My experience was terrible. I was helped by a women named Marianne, she told me my social was invalid when i have used it my whole life and i even called my car loan company to see if they had the same problem and they told me, what she was telling me was incorrect when i told this to marianne she couldnt even explain to me why she couldnt help me. I have gotten many loans before and used my social many times and never had this problem. I believe she is racist and just didnt want to help me out. Being a mexican man i can tell when people are being racist towards me and she was very unprofessional and rude and just didnt know how to explain herself. Get her out of there ASAP!
