  When we decided to refinance, I spoke to Monica Ao about it. She was wonderful to talk too… Got all of our questions answer very fast. She was up front about our projected new monthly rate would be based on our recent mortgage statement. The plus side was that we didn’t have to submit a loan application to get it. I called our current mortgage company (Freedom Mortgage) and US Bank and were told to submit a loan application if I wanted details from them about what our monthly rate would be. Oh yeah, had to call Freedom Mortgage several times just to get a person on the phone. Never did hear back from OnPoint and CrossCountry asked to speak to my husband. He wanted to explain it my husband… When we submitted the loan application, Monica had already told me what they would need from us. Simple and easy to get, not like what was needed to take out a loan to purchase a home. Everything was done online through their system. Had to call Monica on some parts because it was just me but I wasn’t sure how to answer the question and didn’t want to select the wrong box. She was very patience and got me through it. She was fast at reviewing the loan application. As we waited, very active with keeping us updated and answering our additional questions. Same day response! You can’t go wrong by having Monica Ao as your Loan Officer… Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.
