      Considering switching CU from Santa Clara County Federal CU to Monterey CU. Monterey CU was able to offer me a lot better interest rate for my vehicle than who I bank with now. Only draw back are the hours and closed on weekends... 🤔😞

      Worst customer service in Salinas. The loan department treat the customer as if they are doing them favors. It is like they are forced to work! I think they need to be replaced !! Sham on them! I don’t know how they got hired there

      Horrible company. Don't bother giving them any of your money or your business. I had an account for around 3 months and they never bothered to give me a debit card. I came in after a month to see why I hadn't received the card then they said they resolved the issue. 2 months later still no card and went to close my account with them and they let me know the card had never been ordered. Big waste of time dealing with these people. Also they didn't bother to tell me that they have $25 charge for closing the account before 6 months so they basically stole $25 dollars from me. You have been warned.
