      Avoid talking to Cinthia not a good customer service. I have checking accounts and loans with other banks and what a difference! Fortunately, I was able to close my account.

      Took a month and 10 days for the old auto loan lender to receive the payoff check. No follow through from my loan officer, no checking in to see after a month if the check had cleared. If I hadn't gotten involved I'd be paying to lenders right now. No call back multiple times from the loan officer OR the supervisor that I asked be involved. As a matter of fact he said he would be handling it himself but still I received calls from the loan officer who I had to bring up to speed myself. Last time I do business with them. So much for customer service. You'd think a local bank would give better service to the members of the community that it represents.
