  Stopped in for a bit because we were passing through. Had my kids with and believe it or not , the kids loved it. The staff was awesome and their dog was was a big hit with my kids. Prices are fair for sure. Would definitely recommend!

  Nice people, welcoming but it stopped there. I was hoping for a quick loan for a birthday surprise only to be told my REAL GOLD wasn't real. The gentleman who owns Cali(named after his daughter in California) INSISTED, my rings were NOT gold. Acid tests do not a fake make. If you didn't want my business all you had to do was say so. Btw took my stuff to be tested(..100% real 18K gold. Really? I will be quite blunt when asked about this place in the future. Straight F's across the board. Don't waste your time here!

  What a joke. Don't waste your time with this place! $1100 when it was brand new 2 years ago, atleast $500-$600 now minimum gaming pc set up.... called to ask for an estimate before unplugging and hauling the whole setup down, said no, we need to see it. So I brought it all down and they offer $250 for gaming pc, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ps4 controller. Hahahaha **They said they found one same pc model for $600... but only offered $125 for just the pc itself. That sounds like a fair offer haha it's a gaming pc not a cheapo computer like you have there to look up items. If items are out of your league just say that, we can tell you're not a smart enough place to estimate things of value, just junk items and guns.

  Sorry you had a poor experience. I have double checked the offer you were given. I agree with my staff that you were offered a fair price on a 2 year old computer. I have found the same model computer online for less than $600 when new, that was an old price, discontinued long ago. While I did not see the condition of your system and accessories it is hard to see how it could be worth half of new after 2 years. We are now less than 30 days away from black Friday and older technology values are going to trend down sharply with Christmas sales. Also did not appear to be windows 11 updatable, so the value is falling fast. I am sorry we were unable to help and we are sorry the value just was not there for us at your price. Edit: In response to your edit. This gaming computer was discontinued quite a while ago. Finding it still for sale and available to purchase two years after you bought yours is an indicator that it won't sell well in today's market. While I understand your position in this, computers gaming or otherwise just do not age well. I often have and sell gaming computers here, our top 2 employees are self admitted gamers. I'm sorry your upset. A After reviewing this for a second time I still think we gave you a fair offer for a computer that we could buy new on clearance for less than half of what you paid 2 years ago. I also dispute the claim that we just have junk items, if I remember correctly you were trying to trade your computer for items in the store. We have a very good selection of gaming and 2nd Amendment items. One more time I sincerely apologize your visit was not the best for you.
