Great to bank with. You are not just another number. Customer service is excellent.

Do not bank here. Customer service is made ridiculously difficult. I've been double charged several times since I've had an account here. They don't answer their phones, which is made even more frustrating by the fact that they still use an operator service to transfer phone calls. The ATMs are outdated and inconvenient. The night drop is always out of deposit forms. I started an account because this place is close to my house but it has been the biggest mistake I've ever made with my money. I'm closing my account at the as soon as I'm able to go up there physically because they close before most people even get off of work.
