      Got transferred like 4 times. No one knows about loans let alone how to transfer calls. lol bank is a joke.

      Just than the fact that they freak out on cashing a check if it was signed in blue ink, they were okay. It took them over thirty minutes to cash a $3K check cause it was signed in blue ink. I've never had an issue like that before. Also the check I was cashing, was drawn off their bank, and they still couldn't do it. Plus I was the only person in the bank the whole time. It's not like they were slammed busy
