I have been dealing with this company for a few months now. I was late on my payment 2 months in a row due to my husband working so far away and only having one vehicle. It was late, yes. But it was paid within 10 days of my due date. As the contract states, after 10 days there is a late charge. Well i am now on my 9th day and it is paid yet they are trying to tell me i owe a late charge. I will not be paying the late charge. I completely understand calling to find out whats going on and when it will be paid or even coming to reposses the car. The employees along with the owner are very unprofessional and rude. At 9:30 this morning, i got a call from them. I was called a liar because my dealership is a 1.5 hours away from my husbands employer and its hard to get somewhere thats hours are 8am-6pm when your work hours are 7am-6:30pm plus 1.5 hour drive to the dealership (Morris doesnt take credit/debit card payments), i have been called a smarta**, told to get to get my lazy butt up and go make my payment (my husband works 7am-6:30pm while i stay at home with my 3 kids and no vehicle), hung up on, and my mother was also called a liar (which is far from the truth concidering shes about as honest as they come). They don’t send us a bill, just assume we know when its due (which we do, just not the fact of the matter). This is all far from professional. They keep referring to the contract in which i have had in front of me at the times they have called and have yet to find anything they say to be true. They see us as young and nieve. We are young and they assume that they can run all over us due to our age. It doesn’t take a genious to know that all of this was VERY unprofessional and should NOT be how a business is ran! I wouldnt advise my worst enemy to use this company. I will however deal with them until i am done paying for my car because i do not want to start over.
