      I have worked with Mike, Monica, and Kim from Mortgage 1. As a Realtor, I really appreciate the constant communication throughout the transaction whether I am the Selling Agent or Buyer's Agent. The team works hard to help both Buyers and Sellers. Great team!

      Quite disappointed in their lack of follow up or due attention. They were the first ones I reached out to based on recommendation and initially I spoke with Nicole who was prompt and friendly, I filled out the app and was passed onto Mike Archer. It took Mike 2 weeks to reach out to me, he left a voicemail. I called him right back and he sent a text message that just said "text me". So I told him I was returning his call. I never heard another peep. I ended up going through Rocket and (despite my expectations), I can see why they do the volume they do. They were attentive, quick, creative and great at keeping me informed. I don't have time for games. All I can guess is that Mortgage 1 isn't hurting for business if they can ignore solid leads.

      My agent, April Wieleba., at the Shelby Township location was not detailed and had poor communication skills. A.W. did not respond to most inquires in a timely fashion; she missed multiple scheduled telephone meetings. We had to push our closing date back on three separate occasions. We missed out on our down payment assistance because of her advice on moving assets. She was inept regarding MSHDA policies, which was evident with her advice regarding moving assets to qualify for down payment assistance.
