  All I can say is “Call Harry!!!” Harry and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! This was my first time buying a home and I closed in record time. They were so efficient that when my file went to underwriting, it was a one touch deal—nothing extra needed! And I LOVE the mobile app they use to keep track of everything and to communicate. I’m an organized person and being able to see everything in one place was awesome! (This is compared to 2 other mortgage company’s that I tried earlier in the year that gave me misinformation and the run around, and were very unorganized.) Harry is so dedicated he would even take my texts/calls while out of town. And he KNOWS what he’s doing. When I first reached out and he looked at my credit scores, he told me exactly what to do to get it to the exact number he wanted so I could get a great interest rate—and it worked! When I offered on the house, I had an FHA preapproval. My realtor asked the seller if that was ok. He asked who it was through. When he found out it was Harry, he said oh yeah it’ll go through. We’ll accept your offer! I honestly can’t thank Harry and his team enough for everything.❤️

  I reached out to Harry a few months ago in need of guidance on how to purchase my first home. Harry contacted me directly (after hours!) and broke down the process and gave me honest feedback on the steps I needed to take to gain approval. It wasn’t pretty info but it was honest and exactly the actions I needed to take to clean up my credit. Within a few months, I took every step Harry recommended and circled back for approval. Harry remembered my situation and was impressed with how quickly I took actions to get my credit improved. September 3 - Reached out for approval September 3-6 - Application process September 7-10ish- Pre-approved and working with Realtor September 20 - Made Offer Today, October 21 - Closed (could’ve been sooner but delayed by seller). If you’re looking for no frills, honest, painless electronic processing and quick responses - Harry’s your guy. I honestly don’t believe he sleeps lol! I found Harry via just looking up reviews, I hope this review helps the next person reading reviews and trying to find their LO - you won’t regret Harry. Thanks Harry and team!

  Terrible and very sad experience. Harry promises the world and than drops you like so many salespeople do when it turns out he can't help you. I really disliked how it went from one extreme to the next. There was not even a check-in phone call. He may be good at pre-approving families with less financial hurdles, but regardless, Harry lacks the heart needed to make it an all around genuine experience.
