  They made the process of buying a home simple. They answered all our questions and guided us with what we needed to do to complete the process.

  Jason was professional and friendly while beginning the process of our application. The person processing our application did not access the Register of deeds to find that our home is clear of any mortgage, she Googled the address and then question us about recently selling our home. When infact, if she had checked with official website she would have found there was a recent change in our will leaving our house to our daughter upon our deaths. Then when we sat down at closing, the young man was very unprofessional in several ways. I realized my name was incorrect and brought it to his attention and his response was “oh it will be ok, just draw a line through it and spell it correctly”. He was flippant and very unprofessional. I learned at signing our loan had already been sold to another company. This may be an industry normal, however I find it very disturbing and I resent it immensely! Finally, after closing we received a call from our bank asking us if it was ok to release the funds for payment because the cashiers check had not been processed correctly. We also received a call from our homeowners insurance company asking if they were going to be paid monies for the first year of insurance because they had not received payment. What started out to be a very good experience with Jason, ended with my not ever wanting to do business then again.
