      We used Tiare and her team for our house mortgage and two refinances and are very happy with them. Tiare looked out for our best interests by monitoring interest rates and letting us know when the best time arrived for refinancing our loan. Abel was of great help in filling out refi paperwork, and Les knows how to make a typically boring signing process livelier with humor.       Our home buying process with Tiare extends for over a year. A year ago we put in an offer on a Kailua house, which required Tiare handling our pre-approval loan application on a Friday night. We put in an offer the next day. We didn't get that house, but she was a breeze to work with this time around, as well. Her team was professional and helped us every step of the way. We bought a house in Kailua, and we required getting a mortgage and a HELOC, and she walked us through it all.
