      This company was absolutely professional knowledgeable and compassionate. Diane T was the Broker that closed my loan. It was a pleasure working with her from start to finish she was very detailed so it was a smooth transaction to close the loan in 26 days. Purchasing a house can be Scary but she took all the fear out of it and walk me through each step of the way Thank you

      You can't asked questions ,very abrupt hang up on you if she doesn't agree with what you're saying ,used terms you don't understand

      This is not entirely accurate. Our communication can be displayed here in public to show that I answered all of your questions. Most of all, I closed your loan for you. In a time and a world where some people do not communicate, I was there for you.. This 2 star rating is not deserving. This less than great rating was attached here by you immediately after you asked me about a promised appraisal refund. My respond to you was, it was credited to you at closing. You the buyer got a credit of about 4 times the amount of your appraisal cost. There was no charge to you the buyer for underwriting and processing. Please look at your closing statement again. To try and discredit me in a public forum is unconscionable behavior.
