      Sam helped us so much with this process. He along with his team helped us get a home and raced us to the closing finish line in record time in this highly frustrating market. His expertise helped save us a good bit of money as well as the other mortgage company we were thinking about using was fixing to gouge us with high fees.       I chose to inquire about a mortgage through Sam because of a recommendation from my real estate agent. While she spoke very highly of him, I was very pleasantly surprised by his level of professionalism, dedication, and the breadth of his knowledge of the mortgage business which he was more than willing to share. I always felt as though he had my best interest at heart, and would fully fight for my rights and the best mortgage deal for me as his client. His entire team is professional, hard-working, and consistently clear in their communication.
