      We were in the process of purchasing a condo for my daughter and were referred to Jeff. Not only did they find us a very workable mortgage for us and make the process effortless for us, he and Alison always provided a warm and personal interaction. Recently my daughters loan was transferred to another company and it was a real nightmare trying to straighten out a financial error with them. In fact it was almost impossible to even reach anyone directly. We went in to discuss this with Jeff to see if he had any suggestions to help us. Jeff went over and beyond with his time and patience helping her in getting things straightened out. Again it was always a pleasure to be welcomed and made so comfortable by Jeff and Alison when ever we came in. My husband and I live a good distance now from Boise but will be selling and relocating in the near future. No matter the distance we will definitely be contacting Jeff with our next home purchase.
