  Mortgage experts Inc have tremendously changed my life, never gave up on my situation and always reassured me I was going to be taken care of.   Wow 🤩 Brad & Craig did it again! This is The second Time that Brad & Craig have bent over Backwards for My husband and I. We are Both self employed and have a very hard time getting approved for a home loan. We recently bought a commercial property in Heber Arizona for our business and had found a home where we wanted to relocate to full-time to run our new business and because of the debt increase we were denied. We contacted Brad Finsilver, Which we should’ve known better and done from the start, and Brad and Craig went above and beyond doing anything possible to make our dream home a reality. We cannot thank them enough the things they did to help us and to guide us in what we needed to do to get approved for our New home we’re above & Beyond.   Brad and Craig have been outstanding to work with. It's been a long, grueling process and both of them have been there, every step of the way. The complexity of this loan required patience - both in sitting around waiting and in dealing with the intricacies that arose at every turn. I would not have preferred to work with anyone else. They listened, explained, waited, modified, waited some more, and without hesitation provided the support needed between legal counsel and the underwriter to finalize this. I am thankful I found Brad and will recommend him and Craig to anyone in the market.
