  Jordan, Jessica and their team were great to work with!-(We worked with Ariyanna also) We bought a home through the seller, not a realtor. Waterstone got the ball rolling so quickly had great communication and helped quickly with any questions we had. We will use them again in the future no questions asked.

  All the other banks and companies turned me down because I did not have 2 year employment due to being in the military and getting out in the midst of covid. One of the first things Jordan said was something along the lines of "Always find a way to yes." If there is a will there is a way. I love that kind of attitude and was glad it was reciprocated. I was able to close quickly despite my busy schedule and full time job. I found it difficult and often times there was bad communication because of inopportune timing. The reason for the 4 stars is because communication have been better. When I could get a hold of Jordan, he explained things concisely and answered my questions thoroughly. However, unfortunately, it was seldom that I spoke to him. I found it tough to get into contact with the team, be it email, phone, or text. In a time of automation and everything being electronic, nothing beats the assurance of a human voice and person behind the phone to let you know things will be okay. Especially for a first-time home buyer who doesn't know what is going on and can easily feel overwhelmed by the scary steps it takes to own a home. I disliked the automated emails, too, and felt overwhelmed by the stream of them. Solution to both of these problems is to merely call and assure the clients more often. I know it is easy to email and text, but people want to hear it from a person. Like I said earlier, when communication was established and maintained, I felt assured by the experts I was listening to. It just needed to happen more often. Signing documents was made easy, however I also wish I could have gone over them more extensively in person or on a call (more often, once again). It, too, is unfortunate that I never met the team. I think meeting in person at least once, twice, or three times would be much better for clients. Nonetheless, they helped me when no others would. I likely could have been a better customer as well, and we all were busy! Would be neat to see a review of my review, reviewing me as a customer lol.
