      this experience wasn't easy but we got through it. The only thing after it was all said and done is that I wasn't aware that I was taking out a 2nd mortgage. I was under the impression it was a grant for first time buyers. This wasn't overall a bad experience, but I wish that I was more informed on somethings throughout the process. I was/am a first time buyer so a lot of the "common knowledge" I didn't have. So I needed things to be throughly explained or broken down, and I don't I received that in some aspects of this process.
