  I don't usually write reviews but I definitely have to for Jamie Yeaney. We were locked in with a different lender(realtors friend) and 1 week out from closing at a really high rate. I called up Jamie because I was trying to get some information on what we paid closing costs wise for the purchase of our first house. I called Jamie after closing hours expecting her to get back to us the next day, but Jamie answered our call and gave us the information we needed for our closing costs numbers. Jamie, also looked into our current closing costs numbers wise as a friendly gesture and explained that she could save us 200$ a month. I explained that we were 1 week out from closing and thats its probably to late. But Jamie confidently explained that if we locked it in tonight we would still be good to close. She stayed up all evening getting us locked in and we are saving over 200$ a month off our mortgage payment. I give Jamie 5 stars and recommend her to everybody now. THANKS AGAIN!!

  Working with Team Claire was a great experience. I had my mortgage done in record time, closing on a VA mortgage in less than a month start to finish was a first for me. I've done several VA mortgages in the past and they all took a lot more time. Team Claire did a lot of work I know and they kept me informed of everything I could do to speed things along. Professional and personal service throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them enough. My wife and I are now sitting in our new home thankful for how quickly team Claire made this happen. Thanks guys!
