      Josh was incredible to work with on getting a mortgage. My first appraisal with another company came in 20k short, and so I reached out to Josh to get another appraisal done. Josh was able to step in and close the loan in under 3 weeks, saving me 20k out of pocket. I ended up with a lower rate too.
