  I was referred to this company and have been trying for over a week to contact them while looking for a loan. Multiple calls and submitting info via their website, zero contact back. Super unprofessional. I understand this is a busy time for mortgage companies, but over week with no response back is unacceptable. Clearly not capable of effective communication, I will avoid this company.

  Met with Bob Hefty one day, he immediately tried to push me into an fha loan instead of the va loan I wanted to use. After a few days Bob said he couldn’t help me because a spreadsheet he had said he couldn’t that I had no va entitlement due to a previous foreclosure. Bob was wrong and he did not want to hear it. Even after calling the va and them explaining the bonus entitlement and reading it from the va website Bob said none of us knew what we were talking about and his spreadsheet was right. The mans story changed several times with waiting periods as well. Horrible experience with Bob I don’t know if he didn’t think he would make enough money off of me or what it was, but Bob simply refused to listen read or try to help. I do not recommend this place at all

  We did not have a good experience with this company at all.This was our first time purchasing a house so we thought hopefully with them knowing that they would be pretty helpful but our original lender was nearly impossible to get to reply to us. They gave us extremely short notices on any due dates(normally let us know the day before). After everything was said and done and we closed on the house it came time for our first house payment. We call to see how exactly we go about making it and we’re informed that they sold our loan to another group they never contacted us telling us this at all we would have never knew of this if we hadn’t of called them. We tried making our first payment through the new company and our account number would not work. Luckily we have a 15 day grace period and the payment won’t be late but still. This company has dropped the ball on every opportunity presented to them and I would never recommend anyone to use them.
