  I had the pleasure of knowing Ali as my CPA. I was introduced to Ali through a mutual friend who had recommended me that Ali is your guy who will take good care of you. I have never worked with a CPA in the past because I would always file my taxes online through TurboTax. TurboTax was convenient for me all those years because I had standardized deductions that would make my tax filing process much easier. However, after I bought my first home last year, I knew that I will have itemized deductions that could potentially yield me a higher tax return. Hence, I reached out for a CPA and found Ali. After speaking and working with Ali, my friend was right about him. Ali took great care of me and filed my 2021 tax return successfully. I received a much higher tax return than expected and was very pleased. Ali worked on my tax return diligently and provided me with updates every step of the way. Ali did a fantastic job for my 2021 tax return! I definitely recommend Ali and the services he provides to anyone that is looking to file their tax returns. Thanks again for all your help Ali!

  I came to Ali the Loan Guy CPA for my taxes, and after I saw how detailed he was with my taxes, I inquired with him about my FHA refinance. Ali did an amazing job getting me out of the FHA loan into a much better conventional loan. He locked me in at the best low interest rate in the market saving me substantial amount of money. He always personally answered my phone calls, unlike other companies, where you have to press bunch of buttons, and talk to the computer to get a representative. He answered all my questions, and helped guide me throughout the entire process. We closed the loan in 2 weeks and I am very satisfied with his performance. He is someone I recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for your help Ali and keep up the good work!

  Ali helped my wife and I refinance our home loan. We had an FHA that we acquired our home with in 2020 and Ali made it happen after 12 months of owning this home. He got us into a conventional with a significant better rate. This was the best deal possible and now we have no more PMI payments. He is precise, honest and very thorough. Thanks Ali!
